Summer Breeze

Her love pure, soft sweet,
Gentle knocked me off my feet,
Like a cool summer breeze,
Amazing oh! So sweet,
I just lay still and sink my feet,
In the sand,
As I build sand castles,
Looking into her castle,
As we build castles in the sky,
She thinks I’m fly, I think she’s fly,
My palms still get sweaty,
When I hold her hand,
Cool summer breeze,
Fortress of my dreams,
Obsession of my dreams,
My scares,
How you saw me scream like a girl,
When I saw a spider fall on your hair,
Laughed it off
Running around in the beach,
You just wanna sink your feet in,
Into the sands,
Gaze into the sunset,
As you feel the love,
Cool summer breeze,
Like the tranquility,
I feel in the radiance of your sun,
Cool summer breeze,
Caress my skin,
Your inner being,
Transcending physical,
What we are is spiritual,
Not knowing where it all came from,
Like the cool summer breeze,
Dancing around,
Caught up,
So so happy,
Like a child splashing water
Dancing like when you were to the beach,
For the first time,
First love,
Cool summer breeze,
Sunshine,
You envelope my being,
You rays,
Your smile,
My inner being my light,
My love,
My right,
My truth, my love,
My blessing,
Sent from above,
Hold my hand,
Till death do us part
In God,
God is love.

Beef but no Stew

Chilling like a villain don’t know what even to do,
I’m broke like a joke,
I got beef but no stew,
My girl don’t know where she at,
On the ran like Nancy Drew,
She a mystery,
I got beef but no stew,
Sherlock wasup Holmes,
I ain’t got no clue,
What I know is that I got beef but no stew,
Niggas acting like swines,
Running their mouths,
Like they got the flu,
What’s the point to this,
I got beef but no stew,
How am I gonna wash it,
Down,
Like the truth,
When you broke in a pound,
What’s the use?
If you got beef but no stew

A man who stands for nothing falls for anything

What is the influence that guides our lives? I believe each and everyone has such a profound intrinsic beauty, that to capture it would be superfluous. Life has its challenges and to think less would be void. Most of us lose ourselves in these moments of disillusionment despite our desperate cry for faith.
The strength in humanity is to be able to stand for each other in these moments, to breathe truth, to breathe life into our confounded quagmires. Each and every one of us, has a path, a purpose, that only they can achieve….I wonder how many of us have passed without the realization of our potential. The road is tough when does it get “better”? Do we choose it? Or do we believe it? We cry for faith…..for at the end, we stand where we stand only as a testament to the faith we have.

Fresh to death

Looking around thinking,
What life is?
It gotta be more than,
What the price is,
Am I gonna leave behind a legacy,
Life gotta be more,
I ain’t gonna get buried in a Subaru Legacy,
As I walk my path in my Timbalands
Praying I don’t throw wood,
Till my last breath,
God let my eulogy read,
He was fresh to death!

My bitch is stoopid

Culture is sumn like who you are, what you embody everyday, it forms your character, I ain’t no college professor I mean I love hip hop and errthing but don’t get it twisted she just ain’t my bitch!

Truth

Existence is a question, that man seeks answers, are the answers the answers we seek or are they the answers we try to qualify? What is truth until we accept it? Do we accept the truth that validates us or qualifies our situations? Is a man invincible to the truth if he does not live by it, wouldn’t that negate the truth, that the truth exists? Truths being sought without yearning are void, a placebo. Truth sought and enshroud is truth. Truth is pure not lustful for seeking self gratification but expectance of more truth that qualifies us for liberty in truth. A lie justified is a truth but what is truth? Not a lie. Everyone exists as a product of a truth that they embody, enshroud, be it virtues, morals, environment, character or even God. Qualified by character, a man’s rock, verbalized embodied actualized. We live in a volatile mass of truths if we choose to accept a truth but where did the truth come from? Meaning truth is unseen but does not exist until accepted wouldn’t that mean that the unseen is realer that the seen. A destiny, a purpose cannot be traveled unless accepted does that mean it exists until it is accepted. Did it exist before time? That would make it eternal, infinite. Anything existing outside the infinite is in time, doesn’t that mean that truth is eternal? Truth cannot exist without being tested if it were not, how would one know it exists? If it exists within the confines of time isn’t that not the truth? What then is the point of truth? Without it life would be a lie……..meaning truth validates truth…….

What?...Who?

What’s inspiration or the basis of inspiration or the drive to achieve? Most of us struggle to understand what we are here for? a question that can be debated for ages by world renowned philosophers and sundry but the question remains the same. What? …..Rather than answer that question we easily conform to a society’s precepts and machinations of what is identity. Nothing more does any human seek to achieve than to be understood….validated! Rather than to seek to answer this question and struggle with this truth of what? We become our environment not ever realizing we are not to become our environment but surpass it. Been admiring the heroes of our ages and realized that they had identity, an unshakeable identity, not struggling on what are we here for but knowing what we are. What makes more sense? To know what we are here for or knowing who we are?...........

I'm no superman

Trying to understand, what’s my problem? Is it in accepting it, I believe it but following it through I feel is where the problem is. Do people feel inadequate when it comes to accepting the truth in liberty? To make a stance and abide in what they know is intrinsic and firmly established in their genetic code. We all have an inner core that deciphers what’s right and what’s wrong? If we were to be rewarded faithfully and “speedily” for taking the noble path, wouldn’t we have many more people pursuing the just? Why? Is a futile question but it is the question that most of us want answered. If we knew why? Would we hold on firmer to our stance? But if we did not ask questions we would never get answered and the resolute peace that it gives in clarity. Not knowing is a hard thing but we take our steps each and everyday not knowing if we’ll live another day to get up and wake up to another day not knowing but moving to whatever conscious decision we have made for that fleeting day. I truly want to grow and become a “marvel” in this world but my personal battles slow me down. I endure but where is the liberty in endurance. Liberty to enjoy the glory of what God has established in the midst of the pain and suffering that engulfs the world.
The person who asks why? I may be the answer; I don’t get swayed by the magnitude of the problems in the world, to me that only implies God’s provision to these situations will be profound but what about me? What about me? “I’m no Superman”

Adversity

Adversity is one thing that people shy away from. Adversity although is helpful for it is in this trials and tribulations that we realize our weakness and faults. None of us can know or be persuaded about our condition untill we feel the pain.Adversity is not meant to destroy you but strengthen you. Most of us never manage to rise above it for whatever reason but if we could realize its usefulness in building our character. The stronger the character, the more the adversely built.
